Fall 2024-2025 School Year Program Registration
Thank you for your interest in our school-based programming.
For all of YouthNet’s program, we have a two-step registration. First, you fill out and sign the registration form to indicate which programs and/or activities your child is interested in. Because we receive a lot of request, we will follow up with you to confirm whether your child will be participating in the programs you have registered them for.
Space will be limited to program capacity. We select our participants based on all the registration forms we receive and try to make it as equitable a process as possible. Slight preference is given to youth who have previously participated in YouthNet programming.
Please ensure you read all the details in each form, since there is important information included that may answer any questions you have. We would ask that you please review our community guidelines and discuss behavioural expectations with your child as you see fit.
Please complete a registration sheet and sign the acknowledgment of risks and consent to add youth to our attendance list. Please text us the completed PDF or email the form to director@stgeorgesyouthnet.ca
